由于市面上許多燈泡包裝變得越來越小，修改后的規則解決了如何在一個緊湊的格式中顯示照明事實信息的問題。而生產廠家需要注意的是，如果您的產品涵蓋在能效標識規則里面，美國聯邦貿易委員會已經采取行動，你必須遵循，否則，將受到法律制裁。
什么是FTC法令呢？
根據美國聯邦貿易委員會FTC法令要求，LED燈進入美國市場銷售需要在包裝盒以及燈體上貼上能源標貼，向公眾披露該產品的年度耗電量，壽命等信息。
FTC能效認證范圍：
帶燈頭的光源類燈（E螺口燈頭系列，B卡口燈頭系列，G燈頭系列）；
燈具類（筒燈，工礦燈，面板燈等）。
1.工廠根據產品類型，確定是否在強制范圍內以及產品所使用的測試標準。
2.工廠提供樣品給到NVLAP資質第三方實驗室測試，拿到測試報告。
3.根據報告上的測試數據對下載的標簽模板更新，從而得到單個產品FTC標簽。
4.將FTC標簽上傳到網站，并將URL地址給到亞馬遜賣家。
5.亞馬遜賣家通過批量上傳模板做標簽批量上傳。

Energy Labeling Rule:
If you list an offer on a product that falls under the Energy Labeling Rule, it’s your responsibility to ensure the proper label, icon, or water use information is displayed on the detail page. The federal Energy Labeling Rule requires that these products display:
Yellow EnergyGuide labels on detail pages for certain appliances
White Lighting Facts labels on detail pages for certain lighting products
An energy icon (an encircled capital letter "E") on detail pages for certain lighting products
Water use information on detail pages for certain plumbing products
Contact the product manufacturer or private labeler to obtain the proper label, icon, or water use information to comply with the Energy Labeling Rule.
